DE C.V., (hereinafter LOGER) with an address located at at Circuito del Valle Norte 105, Valle del Campanario, 20118 Aguascalientes, Ags México, in terms of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Partículares) (hereinafter THE LAW) hereby submits the personal data treatment, in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality and accountability. Hence, LOGER ensures to take the necessary measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data, through the necessary technical and security measures to ensure its protection and avoid use and disclosure, damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing.

The personal data that will be disclosed by the Client, Worker and/or Supplier will have the purpose of providing, performing or requesting the service that LOGER offers, getting to know the necessities of the goods and services, clarifying, making suggestions, making payments, issuing invoices, executing contracts, agreements or any other document that supports the commercial relationship between LOGER and the Client, Worker and/or Supplier. In order to fulfill the purposes previously described, LOGER may collect personal data through any other means in accordance with THE LAW.

The personal data collected may be used to identify, locate, communicate, contact, send information, request goods or commodities and/or fulfill all commercial, contractual and technical obligations. The personal data process will be strictly related to the commercial relationship between LOGER and the Client, Worker and/or Supplier. In this regard, the processing of personal data shall continue for an indefinite amount of time from the date that the information is disclosed, until the Client, Worker and/or Supplier chooses to revoke, at any time, the consent granted and needed for the processing of the personal data.

Moreover, the personal data consisting of name, address, phone number and email address will have a second purpose consisting in a more specialized service for marketing, publicity, advertising, and commercial prospecting. Such purpose can be denied by the Supplier as established in the procedure that follows, such case will not entitle the Supplier to deny or suspend any products or services of LOGER.

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, request its cancellation, as well as express opposition to the use and treatment; request the right of portability; or revoke the consent for its treatment, as well as request the right to be forgotten, through the procedure we have implemented.

To exercise the rights indicated above, you must file a written request at the address located at at Circuito del Valle Norte 105, Valle del Campanario, 20118 Aguascalientes, Ags México to the PERSONAL DATA DEPARTMENT or via email to the account: [email protected]. the precise determination of which rights you wish to exercise -either access, rectification, cancelation of personal data, opposition of its treatment or revocation of the consent given for its treatment; the specific personal data that is the subject of the request; the date and the reason why the personal data was disclosed, as well as your full name, address, telephone, email, and must accompany these with a certified copy of the power of attorney in case you are acting on behalf of a third party.

LOGER addresses that in terms of article 37, section III of THE LAW, LOGER may transfer with third parties your personal data, in order to fulfill the purposes described within the PRIVACY NOTICE. In that sense, the third parties to whom LOGER may transfer the personal data may be other affiliated companies or subsidiaries acting under the same policies and procedures of LOGER. If the Client, Worker and/or Supplier doesn´t consent to the personal data transfer with affiliated or subsidiary companies, as well as with independent third parties with whom LOGER has a legal relationship, the Client, Worker and/or Supplier must file a request establishing it by email to the account [email protected] or by certified post mail to our PERSONAL DATA DEPARTMENT at the address above. In the understanding that LOGER may not fulfill some of its obligations if this happens.

In addition, LOGER commits to transfer the absolutely and strictly necessary information only to the third parties contemplated within the previously mentioned article 37 of THE LAW. In that sense, LOGER addresses that any personal data transfer is under the higher standards in a controller-processor or controller-controller relationship in accordance with THE LAW and the personal data treatment principles, and if a Client, Worker and/or Supplier would like to exercise the rights of access, rectification, request its cancellation, as well as express opposition to the use and treatment; request the right of portability, request the right to be forgotten or revoke the consent regarding any third parties, LOGER will be able to provide the Contact and/or Privacy Notice of the controller or processor.

LOGER reserves the right to update, change or modify this Privacy Notice at any time in accordance with law changes, privacy policies or new requirements for the provision of goods and services. In the event of any change, LOGER will publish it on the website www.loger.mx or by sending an email to the address previously disclosed to LOGER.
